When should I expect to receive my order?

Processing time is normally 7-14 business days. Depending on the workload and supplies, it may take longer.

 

Can I return an item?

All sales are FINAL. Custom made items are handmade to order and are nonrefundable.

 

My items are damaged. Can I get a replacement?

Once a package has been scanned by the delivery service for shipment, all delivery claims and disputes must be handled between the buyer and shipping company. If during shipping, your package is delayed, lost or damaged T & D Blessed Designs, LLC is not responsible for and will not issue a replacement. T & D Blessed Designs, LLC does our best to carefully pack, using protective packaging and to ship your order out in a timely manner. We will not compensate for any loss or damages caused by delays or any mishandling of your package by the shipping carrier or otherwise.

 

When will my order ship?

Your order will ship out within 14 business days. Shipping is not done on the weekend or holidays. Orders will be updated with tracking numbers once it is shipped out. Tracking info is sent to the email address you provided. We ship with USPS. Priority Mail: Takes 1-3 business days. Priority Mail Express: Takes 1-2 business days and comes with $100 of insurance. These time frames start after our processing time of up to 3-5 business days.

 

Can I get my order the next day?

If you need to place a rush order please use the "Contact Us" feature to send an email. If your order can be processed, it will be an additional $5 per item.

 

Can I bring my own shirt?

T & D Blessed Designs, LLC uses specific shirts to provide quality merchandise. In order to minimize the possibility of errors or issues arising, we will supply shirts for your custom items. In the rare occasion that you are allowed to bring your own shirt, T & D Blessed Designs, LLC will not offer any guarantees on the product due to us not being familiar with your brand. Also, if you are allowed to bring your own shirt it must be brand new.

 

Do you offer discounts?

Yes. If you purchase 10 or more shirts your order will be given a 10% discount. This will be refunded to your original method of payment. T & D Blessed Designs, LLC will also offer various promotions. Join our mailing list to stay in the know.

 

What are the care instructions for T & D Blessed Designs, LLC apparel?

Please follow these instructions to maintain the best quality of your apparel:
Wash inside out with cold water with similar color using a gentle cycle.
Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean.
Tumble dry low or hang dry.
If ironing is necessary, iron inside out on the lowest setting. Never iron on the printed area directly.
